    REQUEST REPLACEMENT CARD


    Cardholder will need to call BDO Customer Contact Center at 631-8000 (within Metro Manila) or at 1-800-10-631-8000 Domestic Toll Free to immediately request to have the current credit card blocked. The Cardholder must state the reason for replacement. (Phone Verification will be conducted.)
